To keep individual shareholders informed on the Group's strategy and results, but also shed light on local issues and answer any questions, EDF holds a series of meetings across France and sometimes also abroad.

Invitations are primarily issued to shareholders living in the regions hosting the meetings. However, if you would like to participate in a particular meeting, you can send an email to: actionnaires@edf.fr, stating your address.

The Annual General Meeting deliberates on agenda items, generally set by the Board of Directors.

Every shareholder has the right to participate in the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and may cast one vote for every share owned /and or proxy held: 1 share = 1 vote

EDF Board of Directors has resolved to convene the Shareholders' Combined Meeting at 2:30 pm CET on Thursday 30 May 2013, at the Palais des Congrès, 2 Place de la Porte-Maillot, 75017 Paris.

EDF has been present at the Salon Actionaria since 2006, an annual meeting of individual shareholders, organised at the Palais des Congrès in Paris over two days.

EDF will again be present at the 2010 Salon Actionaria, which is due to take place between Friday November 19 and Saturday November 20.
