EDF - Your dates

To keep individual shareholders informed on the Group’s strategy and results, but also shed light on local issues and answer any questions, EDF holds a series of meetings across France and sometimes also abroad.

Eleven meetings were held in 2008 and nine in 2009.

• Invitations are primarily issued to shareholders living in the regions hosting the meetings. However, if you would like to participate in a particular meeting, you can send an email to: actionnaires@edf.fr, stating your address.

The Annual General Meeting deliberates on agenda items, generally set by the Board of Directors.

Every shareholder has the right to participate in the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and may cast one vote for every share owned /and or proxy held: 1 share = 1 vote

EDF has been present at the Salon Actionaria since 2006, an annual meeting of individual shareholders, organised at the Palais des Congrès in Paris over two days.
